This website is operated by Mowtion Control, LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Mowtion Control, LLC. Mowtion Control, LLC offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

SECTION 1 - GENERAL ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

 

SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS & NATIONWIDE SHIPPING

  • Authorized Dealer Status: Mowtion Control, LLC is an authorized dealer for the manufacturers represented on this site (including Segway Navimow, Husqvarna, and related brands). All new equipment comes with the standard manufacturer warranties.

  • Shipping & Delivery: We ship physical products nationwide within the United States. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. Shipping times and delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

  • Product Descriptions: We attempt to be as accurate as possible in product descriptions, specifications, and coverage capabilities. However, real-world performance of robotic mowers (e.g., slope handling, satellite mapping under dense foliage, RTK connectivity) can vary based on property layout and environmental conditions.

SECTION 3 - LOCAL SERVICES & INSTALLATION (KANSAS CITY METRO)

  • On-Site Services: Professional lawn analysis, mapping, boundary cable/RTK setup, and physical installation services are offered strictly within our designated local service territory (Kansas City Metro and surrounding areas).

  • Property Preparation & Access: For local service appointments, property owners must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property, keep pets secured, and mark any underground utilities, hidden obstacles, or private irrigation lines not covered by standard 811 utility locates.

SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

SECTION 5 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

SECTION 6 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS & SOFTWARE APPS

Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties. Robotic mowers operate using proprietary third-party software and smartphone applications (e.g., Navimow App, Husqvarna Automower Connect). Mowtion Control, LLC is not responsible for third-party software uptime, app store updates, or manufacturer cloud server outages.

SECTION 7 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service or products will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

In no case shall Mowtion Control, LLC, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind—including, without limitation, lost profits, damage to lawns, irrigation lines, landscape lighting, hidden obstacles, or property damage resulting from the operation of automated or robotic lawn care equipment—arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

SECTION 8 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri and the United States.
