REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Segway Navimow Robotic Mowers & Accessories We stand behind every Navimow unit we ship. Unopened, factory-sealed Segway Navimow mowers and accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the following:

• Item must be in original, unopened factory packaging
• A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection

All Segway Navimow products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims can be processed through Mowtion Control as an authorized Segway Navimow dealer, or you can use a local dealer of your choice.

Husqvarna Automower & Accessories (Local KC Installs). All sales are final on Husqvarna mowers, installation services, and local-only accessories. Please contact us before ordering to confirm compatibility and service area.
